🏛️ Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with West Coast Janitorial Supply. We value your business and aim to provide you with quality products. This policy outlines the return procedures for both in-store and online purchases.

 

1. Return & Exchange Window

 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase (for in-store) or the date of delivery (for online) for a refund or an in-store exchange.

 

2. Eligibility for All Returns

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase (for in-store) or an order number (for online).

Specific Item Conditions:

  • Chemicals: All chemical products (cleaners, sanitizers, etc.) must be factory sealed and unopened.

  • Food Service Items & Food: All food products and food service disposables (e.g., cups, containers, cutlery) must be in their original, unopened packaging due to health and safety standards.

 

3. How to Make a Return

 

 

A) For In-Store Purchases

 

Returns for items purchased in-store must be completed at our store location.

  1. Bring the item(s) you wish to return to our store within 30 days.

  2. Present your original receipt to a team member.

  3. Once we inspect the item and confirm its eligibility, you may choose:

    • Refund: A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

    • Exchange: You may select another item of equal value.

 

B) For Online Purchases

 

Returns for items purchased online can be shipped back to us. Please note the following conditions:

  • Return Shipping: You (the customer) are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Restocking Fee: All returns for online purchases are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.

To start an online return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at westcoastjs1@gmail.com or (530) 626-6205 to initiate the return and receive a Return Authorization (RA).

  2. Securely package the item(s) and mail them to:

    [Your Business Return Address]

  3. Inspection & Refund: A refund will not be granted until the item is received and inspected by our team. Once we verify the item is unopened, unused, and in sellable condition, we will process your refund.

  4. Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment, minus the 10% restocking fee and original shipping charges.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

 

We cannot accept returns (for refund or exchange) on the following items:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.

  • Chemicals or Food Service items that have been opened (as stated above).

  • Gift cards.

  • Special-order or custom-configured items.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you received an item that was damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

  • For in-store purchases: Please bring the item back to the store.

  • For online orders: Contact us at westcoastjs1@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly. The 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs do not apply to verified damaged or incorrect items.
